About Our SMS Program

DriverLine, operated by ATOR Enterprises Inc., may send SMS messages to active DriverLine delivery drivers for operational purposes only, including route confirmations, scheduling coordination, dispatch updates, availability checks, and same-day delivery coverage communication. DriverLine SMS is not used for customers, prospects, website visitors, marketing leads, promotions, or sales.

Consent

Active DriverLine drivers provide SMS consent during onboarding or contractor setup before SMS messages are sent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive operational SMS messages from DriverLine. Message frequency varies based on assigned routes and operational needs. SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of employment, contractor engagement, purchase, or service.

Message Types

Active DriverLine drivers may receive messages about:

  • Route confirmations
  • Availability checks
  • Dispatch updates
  • Scheduling coordination
  • Same-day coverage communication
  • Other active-driver operational communications

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in.

Costs
